Senior IP Counsel Litigation (m/f/d)

For a market leading global technology company in Southern Germany we are searching for a
Senior IP Counsel Litigation (m/f/d)

The Role:

• Based in Southern Germany, you will be part of the company’s European Litigation team within a full-function IPR department. You will be involved in high-level litigation proceedings together with external partners and will defend the company’s intellectual property rights and interests against third parties.

Your Profile:

• You have passed the German Zweites Staatsexamen with good-very good results and are admitted to the bar in Germany.
• You have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar in-house position or IP law firm.
• Ideally, you have some technical understanding or are able to think your way into technology issues to a certain degree.
• You have a high level of commitment, strong communication skills and excellent negotiation skills.
• You are a team player, open-minded, and interested in challenges in a dynamic environment in a multinational team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in (legal) English are a must, German is a plus.
